Can you setup all of my tech?
Our setup specialists have over 10 years experience in the Technology sector from mobiles to laptops. Book with confidence, we will find a way to support.
Do you setup old or existing tech?
We may be able to support with setting up Mobiles, Home Tech, Laptops/Desktops you have already, please get in touch for a solution.
Are there additional fees for travel to the setup location?
No additional hidden costs or fees to our clients, this is all factored into the cost of our service.
Can you provide support if I'm not based in Essex or surrounding areas?
We may be able to support. Please contact us with your query and where you are based.
What payment methods are accepted?
Once your device has been setup and you're happy. We accept card, contactless and cash on completion. A receipt will be emailed.
How long will it take to setup my mobile?
A complete mobile setup can take up to 45 minutes, depending on software updates. Including a data transfer we allow up to 1 hour 30 minutes.
How long will it take to setup my home tech?
Home Tech such as speaker systems and TVs can generally be setup in 1 hour, depending on personalisation, we allow up to 1 hour 30 minutes.
How long will it take to setup my laptop?
Laptops and computer setup can take 1 hour 30 minutes to setup, we allow up to 2 hours. Depending on the type of data transfer they can exceed 3 hours.
What is setup aftercare?
After your setup is complete and you're satisfied, you may have forgot to ask a question. We've got you covered for 30 days by email, ask away.
Will I be charged extra?
For mobile and home tech we offer a generous 1 hour 30 minute transfer window before additional charges, they would be shared in advance. For Laptops we offer 2 hours, we will quote in advance if the job exceeds this timeframe.
Is my data safe and protected?
We do not take, store or manage customer data without prior express permission or consent. Your data security is typically owned by your device manufacturer i.e. Samsung and Apple.
